Premium apparel brand Oscar Jacobson’s Autumn/Winter apparel range offers a sophisticated mix of contemporary performance, functionality and traditional styling.

The colour palette for the coming season will appeal to golfers of all ages with a mix of Navy, Graphite, Electric Blue, China Blue, and Lunar Grey being used across the collection. As you would expect for the season, there is an emphasis on midlayers, knitwear, jackets and gilets, while the extensive accessories range includes knitted hats in several styles, caps, along with belts, an umbrella, and socks designed to co-ordinate with the main collection.

Dayne hoodie, Hodgson gilet and Lexinton midlayer

New for 2022 is a lightweight padded fabric used across a number of items including the HARRINGTON (£129.99), a stylish and ultra-versatile full zip, thermal hybrid jacket.  Constructed using the finest lightweight fabric, the padded body offers warmth whilst still maintaining a lightweight feel. The jacket also provides exceptional wind and shower protection.  Articulated stretch side panels and sleeves ensure a comfortable fit and an enhanced range of motion, while an extended high collar provides additional wind protection.

LAGUNA Quarter Zip Jacket

The HODGSON gilet (£109.99) uses the same padded construction as the HARRINGTON.  This provides the same protection from light wind and rain, but the gilet is a very desirable cross-over garment as the style is reminiscent of the popular everyday fashion look.  Whether you choose to wear this on course, off course, or both its excellent warmth and thermal regulation properties will be more than welcome on colder days.

The DARWIN Quarter Zip Neck Top (£79.99) is one of several midlayer styles in the range. It blends contemporary styling with an exclusively designed jersey stretch fabric that delivers four way stretch, exceptional freedom of movement and breathability.  The tipped quarter zip neck, which holds the water-resistant zipper, and features such as the sleeve and waist binding for secured fit all demonstrate the brand’s commitment to detail, quality and performance.

The LAGUNA Quarter Zip Jacket (£109.99) is extremely lightweight, while being fully water and wind resistant, enabling you to play in all weather conditions. Colour block detailing and front chest branding complete the look.

Fans of the hoodie, will like the DAYNE (£109.99), a half-zip pullover hoodie made from Marl fleece that features elasticated an hem and cuffs, and a concealed kangaroo pouch pocket. The 3-panel tonal hood has been designed to create less distraction during play.

Desmond slim-fit trousers are water repellent

OJ’s winter apparel range also features a couple of waterproof trouser options, including DOUGLAS (£79.99) and DESMOND (£89.99). The former is a water-repellent coated trouser that beads water away from the fabric to keep your legs dry in all weathers. A front pocket design, twin back scorecard pockets with flaps and a tailored, slim silhouette, complete the look.

The Desmond is a slim fit, stylish flat front golf trouser made from a premium technical polyester and elastane fabric. Combining exceptional freedom of movement, elevated levels of breathable, thermal insulation and comfort, this is the perfect choice for winter golf. Featuring two front slash pockets, two rear welt pockets and an additional back pocket flap to deliver supreme playability.
